摘要
供水管网中重金属的释放和富集严重影响饮用水的水质,威胁居民的健康。介绍了管道物理清洗的5种方法和原理,并对河南省某市管网进行截管并分析其管壁内生长环的成分,在此基础上,利用小试试验模拟单向冲洗法和刮管法研究去除管道中重金属的方法和效果。研究结果表明:河南省某市自来水管道中有严重的腐蚀现象,成为影响管网水质稳定的潜在威胁,单向冲洗法和刮管法对管壁生长环中重金属的去除有很好的效果,可用于指导管网运营管理。
The release and enrichment of heavy metals seriously affect the quality of drinking water in water distribution system,which threaten the health of residents.Five methods and principles of pipeline physical cleaning was described.To cut off sections of pipe in water distribution system in a city of Henan Province and the composition of growth rings within the pipe wall was analyzed.Base on this,using small scale test simulates unidirectional flushing method and scraping pipes method to remove heavy metals.The results showed that water pipes in this city had got serious corrosion phenomena,which became the potential threat of water quality stabilization.Unidirectional flushing method and scraping pipe method had a good effect for removal of heavy metals in pipe growth rings,which were the effective guidance of pipe network operations management.
