软锰矿烟气脱硫渣制备硫铝酸盐水泥熟料 被引量:5

PREPARATION OF SULPHOALUMINATE CEMENT CLINKERS FROM PYROLUSITE FLUE GAS DESULFURIZATION SLAG

摘要 以软锰矿烟气脱硫尾渣、石灰石、铝矾土为原料烧制硫铝酸盐水泥熟料可以变废为宝,实现废物的资源化利用。考察了该方法制备硫铝酸盐水泥熟料的可行性,研究了生料配比、烧制温度及保温时间对水泥熟料矿相的影响。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)对水泥熟料中各矿相的生成过程进行了分析。实验结果表明:生料配比对水泥熟料矿相有很大的影响,当体系中加入铝制组分时水泥熟料的主要矿相无水硫铝酸钙(C4A3S)的形成比较好。随着温度的提高,一些过渡相的产物逐渐消失,但温度太高会使已生成的C4A3S逐渐分解,减少熟料中的早强矿物。保温时间为30 min时得到比较理想的硫铝酸盐水泥熟料。XRD分析结果表明,生石灰∶铝矾土∶尾渣的配比为48∶23∶29,温度为1 280℃,保温时间为30 min得到比较理想的硫铝酸盐水泥熟料。 Sulphoaluminate cement was prepared using pyrolusite flue gas desulfurization tail slag,limestone,bauxite as raw material,which can transform waste into assets,realize the reuse of wastes. The feasibility of the introduced method was investigated. The effects of raw material proportioning,firing temperature and soaking time on sulphoaluminate cement clinker mineralogical phase were investigated. Formation mechanism of cement clinker mineralogical phase was investigated by XRD.The experiment results showed that the introduced method for sulphoaluminate cement clinker preparation was entirely feasible.Raw material proportioning took great effect on cement clinker mineralogical phase,the formation of the major mineral cement clinker anhydrous calcium sulphoaluminate was better after adding aluminum component. With the increasing of the temperature,the product of some transition phases gradually disappeared,but C4A3 S was gradually decomposed because of the high temperature,which reduced the early strength of clinker minerals. The formation of sulphoaluminate cement clinker was better after soaking time for 30 min. The characterization results by XRD showed that ideal sulphoaluminate cement clinker was prepared from calcined lime∶ bauxite∶ tailings proportioning is 48∶ 23∶ 29,the temperature is 1 280 ℃,soaking time is 30 min.
