寒冷地区中小型污水处理厂自动控制系统 被引量:3

AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEM FOR SMALL WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS IN COLD AREA

摘要 以白山市CAST工艺污水处理厂工程为实例,归纳总结自动控制系统设计方案、系统组成及其功能,阐述控制策略,并利用污水厂运行结果对控制系统性能及控制策略进行评价。运行结果表明,采用自动控制系统后,污水处理厂运行稳定性提高,出水达标率可达80%,且吨水耗电量也较低,约为0.30 kW·h/m3。 The CAST reactor in wastewater treatment plant in Baishan City was take as the example to summarize the automatic control system design,system components,and their functions,elaborate control strategies. Evaluation on the control performance and strategy of the system were conducted based on running results. The results showed that the automatic control system improve the stability of the wastewater treatment plant operation. 80% of the effluent meets the emission standard requirements,and power consumption gets as low as 0. 30 kW·h /m2.
