炉渣填料组合潜流湿地对不同污染程度河水处理效果研究

RESEARCH ON TREATMENT OF POLLUTED RIVER WATER BY SLAG HYBRID CONSTRUCTED WETLAND

摘要 利用炉渣作填料的水平潜流(HFCW)+垂直潜流(VFCW)组合而成的人工湿地系统处理污染河水,研究了不同进水浓度时湿地系统对河水中有机物和氮磷营养物质的去除效果。结果表明:在满水位运行(水深75 cm),水力负荷为0.4 m3/(m2·d)的条件下,组合潜流人工湿地对河水中有机物有较高的处理效率,进水ρ(COD)为100 mg/L左右,去除率稳定在90%以上;同时具有较强的营养物质去除效果,进水氨氮、硝态氮、总磷质量浓度分别为6~12,8~16,3~9 mg/L,氨氮、硝态氮、总磷去除率分别维持在45%、80%、55%以上;垂直潜流湿地复氧效果优于水平潜流湿地,以水平潜流人工湿地作为一级处理单元的组合方式对硝态氮有较好的去除效果。 Horizontal flow constructed wetland( HFCW) and vertical flow constructed wetland( VFCW) with slag padding were combined to treat polluted river water. The removal effects of organism and nutrients at different influent concentrations were discussed. The result showed that in the submerged condition and hydraulic loading of 0. 4 m3/( m2·d),the hybrid constructed wetland had good removal effect for COD with the rate over 90% when the influent concentration was about100 mg /L; What's more,the system had high purification efficiency for ammonia nitrogen( NH+4- N),nitrate nitrogen( NO-3-N) and total phosphorus( TP),of which the removal rate were over 45% 、80% and 55%,and the concentration of effluent were at 6 ~ 12 mg /L,8 ~ 16 mg /L and 3 ~ 9 mg /L,respectively. As vertical flow wetland has a better performance on reoxygenation than horizontal flow wetlands,horizontal flow wetland selected as the first phase of the combination will be beneficial for the removal of nitrate nitrogen.
