摘要
通过分析中国城市生活垃圾的处理现状,寻找中国城市生活垃圾在收集、清运、管理、处置等环节中难以取得突破的原因,并提出了合理的对策:完善相关法律和政策体制;建立有效运行机制,加快市场化运作;改革管理体制,加强国际合作。
The current municipal solid wastes( MSW) management situation in China are analyzed and the problems existing in the waste collection,transport,disposal and management were concluded. Finally,some sustainable MSW management solutions for China have been put forward as follows: Enhance the laws and regulations system by central-local goverment,establish effective market-oriented operation mechanism,reform of the management system and strengthen the international cooperation.
