摘要
单级多喷嘴循环流化床烟气脱硫技术采用双流体喷嘴替代传统高压回流喷嘴进行喷水增湿,并通过多个喷嘴沿着反应塔横截面四周均匀布置来强化液滴分布,取得了较好的脱硫效果。实验研究和工程应用表明:双流体喷嘴所形成的雾化粒径大约在60μm左右,有利于SO2脱除。在实际工程中此技术的脱硫效率达到了94%,高于传统的半干法烟气脱硫技术,而且此技术能显著降低投资和运行成本。
Dual-fluid nozzle is used instead of high pressure and recirculation nozzle for humidification in the single layer and multi-nozzle CFB-FGD technology. In addition,multiple nozzles are distributed symmetrically along the circular cross-section of the reactor to strengthen the distribution of droplets and better desulfuration effect is got. Experimental research and engineering application show that a two-fluid nozzle forms droplet with about 60 μm diameter,which is helpful for improving SO2 removal. Compared with traditional semi-dry flue gas desulfurization,the desulfurization efficiency of this technique is higher and is up to 94%,which can significantly reduce the investment and operation cost.
