摘要
以沙特某大型污水处理项目为例,分析了海外EPC水处理项目中,设计需要重点考虑的因素,比如独特的自然条件、不同的设计标准、业主的特殊要求、特定化的设计审核和管理程序等。通过这些因素对设计的影响进行分析,同时结合实例说明如何在概念设计、工艺选择时考虑这些因素,并将这些因素的影响如何体现在详细设计中,以便在设计阶段规避风险,有效的控制EPC项目的总体风险。
According to a large sewage treatment project in Saudi Arabia,it was analyzed the focused factors in design process of the oversea EPC water treatment project,for example,unique natural conditions,different design standards,special requirements of the owners and the specific design review and management procedures etc.By means of analyzing the impacts of these factors,it was illustrated how to combine with them in the conceptual design and process selection and how to reflect in the detailed design,in order to avoid the risks from design stage,it was controlled effectively the overall risks of EPC project at the same time.
