摘要
向藻类生长控制模拟实验柱中接种处于对数增长期的铜绿微囊藻,分别投加2,5,10 mg/L的微生物修复剂,定期监测藻种密度、总氮和总磷浓度的变化,初步了解微生物修复剂对藻类的生长抑制效果以及脱氮、除磷的效果。通过研究得出:随着微生物修复剂投加量的增加,实验水体的藻密度、总氮和总磷浓度呈下降趋势,5 mg/L和10 mg/L投加量下的水质改善情况没有显著变化。微生物修复剂的最佳投加量为5 mg/L,在该投加量下,实验柱中的藻密度、总氮和总磷浓度比空白柱中分别降低24%、27%和38%。
Microcystis aeruginosa cultured in the laboratory was dosed into the experimental columns.The dosage of microcystis remediation agent was added 2 mg /L,5 mg /L and 10 mg /L respectively.The water quality indexes,such as concentration growth of algae cells、TN and TP were continuously monitored.It was proved that with the increasing of microbial remediation dosage,the concentration of algae cells,TN and TP were all decreased.Therefore,according to this experimental results,the best dosage of microbial remediation agents was 5 mg /L.In the end of experiment,the decreasing rates of algal concentration、TN and TP were 24% 、27% 、38% respectively.
