纳滤浓缩液回灌影响因素研究 被引量:7

摘要 为了纳滤浓缩液回灌处理的进一步规范,采用不同的回灌堆体和方式,研究影响纳滤浓缩液回灌效果的参数。结果表明:炉渣堆体回灌出水电导率过高,出水影响生化处理。垃圾堆体不影响出水电导率。回灌频率增长,出水COD和氨氮降低,水力负荷增长,出水COD升高,氨氮降低。考虑运行成本,3次/d的回灌频率、6 L/(m3·d)的水力负荷回灌效果最佳。 In order to make nanofiltration concentrate recirculation standardizing,research on parameters that influencing the effectiveness of nanofiltration concentrate recirculation,using different recirculation pile body and ways.The results showed that conductivity of recirculation effluent was high and influenced biotreatment.landfill had no effect on conductivity of recirculation effluent,COD and ammonia nitrogen of effluent decreased with increasing of recirculation frequency; with enhanced hydraulic load,COD increased and ammonia nitrogen decreased.Considering operation cost,with recirculation frequency being 3 times /d and hydraulic load being 6 L /(m3·d),the best recirculation result could be got.
