陶瓷浸取废液无害化处理与循环利用装置研制 被引量:1

DEVELOPMENT OF INNOCUOUS TREATMENT AND RECYCLING DEVICE FOR WASTE LEACHING SOLUTION OF CERAMICS

摘要 对于与食品接触陶瓷制品中铅镉等重金属溶出量检测,目前国际国内通用方法是用4%醋酸溶液浸泡检测,但同时也产生大量的低浓度废醋酸液。根据该废液特性,分析研究了适用于此醋酸废液的回收工艺并研制了型号为TCIQ-UU回收设备。通过采用PLC控制系统实现了对陶瓷浸取液无害化处理和循环利用设备的智能化、自动化控制。可得到回收率为85%,含醋酸约3%的水溶液,经准确测定浓度后,再配制成4%操作液回用,解决了废醋酸对环境的污染和资源的浪费问题,具有实用意义。 Immersion in 4% acetic acid solution is a general analytical method for lead or cadmium and other heavy metal trace release to food contact ceramic,and also produce a large number of low concentration waste acetic acid fluid is produced.Based on the characteristics of the waste liquid,the recycling technology of acetic acid waste liquid was studied and TCIQ- UU recycling equipment was developed.Intelligent and automation of innocuous treatment and recycling device was realized by PLC automatic control system.Recovery ratio of acetic acid was reached 85%,acetum with the concentration of 3% was acquired.The environment pollution and resources waste problem of waste acetic acid were solved.
