摘要
氟化工企业的废水有工业废水和生活污水。其中工业废水中氟化物浓度较高,该废水采用三级化学反应后经过沉淀-过滤深度处理,达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》的一级标准后排放。而生活污水经过预处理-A/O池生化处理-深度处理工艺处理后,部分出水回用用于企业回用,部分出水达标排放。
The wastewater from a fluor chemical plant includes the industrial wastewater and domestic sewage.The fluoride's concentration of industrial wastewater is very high.The industrial wastewater was treated by three-step chemical reaction,coagulation sedimentation and filtration.Then the effluent quality of industrial wastewater can meet the first level specified in the integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB 8978—1996).And the domestic sewage was treated by sedimentation,anoxic /oxic process and advanced treatment.The part of the effluent of the domestic sewage was reused in the production process,and the other part of the effluent of the sewage was discharged.
