摘要
间苯二甲腈作为芳香腈,其与其他有机腈类物质一样,是一类重要的工业原料,广泛用于化学工业,同时又是一类具有强烈生物毒性的化合物,其对动物有三致作用即致癌、致畸和致突变,同时对人类也有潜在的致癌性。以间苯二甲腈唯一碳氮源筛选腈降解菌,鉴定腈降解菌,与目前研究的主要降解菌类型作比较,从生理形态、生物学特性等来研究降解机理和降解酶,并进一步从酶学角度分析间苯二甲腈的降解机理。
Isophthalonitrile(IPN) is one of the most important pesticide intermediate,and is also used in preparation of plastomer,fiber and curing agent of epoxy resin.It is harmful to animals and human beings.NJUST1101 strain was isolated from the sluge samples utilizing isophthalonitrile as the sole source of carbon and nitrogen after the enrichment and domestication.From the result of the physiological and biochemical experiments,the bacteria were similar to Sporosarcina,Micrococcus,Staphylococcus and Azotobacter.Physiological morphology,biological characteristics were used to study its mechanism of degradation and enzymatic degradation.And furthermore,the degradation mechanism was studied from enzymology analysis.
