摘要
我国是林可霉素原药生产大国,每年产生湿菌渣近千万吨。由于菌渣中残留的林可霉素会对环境造成威胁,被定义为"危险废物",寻找合理、有效的处置方法是目前抗生素生产企业亟待解决的难题。对菌渣的理化性质进行分析,实验结果表明林可霉素菌渣有机质含量高,主要是糖类、脂肪、蛋白质等,重金属和无机成分含量低,为林可霉素菌渣的深入科学研究提供了基础和前提。
China has become the largest bulk drug producer of Lincomycin,nearly ten million tons of residues yielded during the manufacture process every year.For reasons of threatening environment,the residues have been defined as 'hazard solid wastes',it is pressing to find reasonable and effective methods to dispose them for pharmaceutical enterprises.The residues' characteristics are analyzed,the results show that there are much organics in the residues,including sugar,protein and fat.The content of heavy metals and inorganic is low,these dates give more supports to deep research of Lincomycin residues.
