内循环厌氧反应器处理木薯淀粉废水的启动过程研究

START- UP OF IC REACTOR FOR TREATMENT OF THE CASSAVA STARCH WASTEWATER

摘要 采用自制的内循环厌氧反应器处理木薯淀粉废水,以9 d为负荷提升周期考察了启动过程中各参数的变化规律。结果表明:1)COD去除率、产气量、出水的pH值和碱度总体上随时间的增加不断上升,挥发酸浓度不断下降;2)内循环厌氧反应器的耐负荷冲击能力强,启动时间短,COD去除率高,进水COD浓度为8000mg/L,COD去除率可稳定在93.0%以上,最高可达98.0%。 To study the regulation of start- up,the several parameters were observed in a cycle for nine days when the internal circulation anaerobic reactor was used to treat a cassava starch wastewater,The results showed that: 1) In general,the removal rate of COD,gas production,pH of effluent and alkalinity were increased with time,while VFA was decreased.2) Internal circulation anaerobic reactor had high capacity for shock load,short start-up time,high efficiency of COD removal.The removal rate of COD was more than 93.0%,up to 98.0%,when the COD of inlet was 8000 mg /L.
