摘要
对MBBR工艺处理工业园区废水的参数进行优化比较,重点测试了不同曝气量和水力停留时间下MBBR载体生物膜降解速率,测试并分析了生物膜活性的变化规律。结果表明,当曝气强度为350L/h,水力停留时间为12h,系统出水较优,COD去除率约为70.8%,NH3-N去除率约为91.7%,TN去除率约为38.3%。MBBR工艺表现出优异的氨氮去除效率,具备较高的同时硝化反硝化能力。生物膜活性影响分析表明,曝气量增大有利于生物膜耗氧活性和硝化活性提高,但其对反硝化活性有抑制作用;水力停留时间过大或过小均不利于生物膜保持高活性;综合分析表明,气水比约为50∶1,水力停留时间为12h时,系统生物膜耗氧活性和硝化反硝化活性较高。
It was optimized MBBR process' s parameters of treating wastewater in an industrial park,with the emphasis on testing the biodegrading rate of MBBR carrier under different aeration amount and HRT; and the change law of the biomembrane activity was tested and analyzed.The results show that the removal rates of COD,NH3- N and TN in the effluent of the system are about 70.8%,91.7% and 38.3% respectively,on conditions of aeration intensity being 350 L /h and HRT being 12 h.It is shown by influence analysis of biomembrane activity that increasing the amount of aeration is favorable for raising the activity of biomembrane; too long or too short HRT is not favorable for keeping ligher activity of biomembrane.The overall analysis shows that the biomembrane of the system can have a higher activity of uitrification and denitrification.
