摘要
对SO2的危害、康世富再生胺脱硫制酸技术的原理、工艺特点和工艺流程进行阐述,对导致该技术运行成本高的原因:腐蚀、胺液损耗大、胺液价格昂贵等因素进行分析,根据现场监测数据和分析研究,提出相应的对策。
In this paper,generation and harm of SO2,the technical principle,feature and process flow of Caselv SO2 scrubbing were bescribed.This paper analyzed the high cost problems such as corrosion,loss of amine and expensive amine.countermeasures were proposed according to the monitoring data,analysis and research.
