摘要
DTB(Draft tube baffle)型结晶器是20世纪50年代出现的一种效能较高的结晶器,首先用于氯化钾的生产,后为化工、食品、制药等工业部门所广泛采用,在应用过程中衍生出多种型式。充分考虑七水硫酸镁的物性,对DTB微晶消除系统、物料循环系统等进行分析优化,最终开发出适合于七水硫酸镁结晶的DTB型结晶器系统。
As a kind of higher performance crystallizer,DTB(Draft tube baffle) crystallizer appeared in the 1950 s,first used in the production of potassium chloride,then it was widely adopted at chemical production,food production and pharmaceutical industry etc.The DTB crystallizer suitable for magnesium sulfate heptahydrate crystallization was developed after taking full account of the properties of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate,the microcrystalline elimination and the material circulating.
