摘要
PM2.5污染是工业化、城镇化快速发展进程中深层次矛盾在环境领域的反映,是长期积累的环境问题的集中爆发。要从根本上解决问题,必须清楚污染成因,明确防控思路,开展来源解析。只有识别和解析各类重点源的贡献值和分担率,增强防治措施的针对性,才能为区域PM2.5污染防治明确方向;只有彻底转变经济发展方式、优化产业结构、改变消费习惯,消除产生的根源,才能达到根治灰霾的目的。
PM2.5 pollution is industrialization and urbanization process of rapid development of deep-seated contradictions reflected in the environmental field,which is due to long-term accumulation of the outbreak of environmental issues.From the root of the problem,the causes of pollution must be clear,and prevention ideas must be explicit,and the sources should be analyzed.Only by identifying and analyzing the contribution value and sharing rate of all sorts of key sources,as well as enhancing control measures can the direction of regional PM2.5 prevention be clear.Only by a thorough transformation of economic development,optimizing industrial structure,changes in consumer habits and eliminating the the root cause can the purpose of curing haze be realized.
