摘要
为了改善选矿破碎系统生产现场的作业环境,避免因人工清扫而造成的二次扬尘污染等问题,巴润矿业公司引进了一种固定式真空清扫装置,通过真空清扫系统的设计与应用,成功解决了该类问题。介绍了巴润矿业公司破碎系统粉尘污染的防治现状与国内外真空清扫系统的应用情况,分析了该种清扫系统的构成与特点,为类似企业提供借鉴经验。
In order to improve environment of the separation crushing system operation,to avoid the secondary dust pollution caused by manual cleaning,Barun Mining Company introduced a stationary vacuum cleaning device,through the design and application of vacuum cleaning system,the problem was solved successfully.This paper introduced the present situation of dust pollution prevention and control of the company and use of vacuum cleaning systems at home and abroad,and analyzed the composition and characteristics of this kind of cleaning system,which provided a reference for the similar enterprises.
