摘要
2010年起,扬州市江都区连续三年成为江苏省农村环境连片整治示范片区之一。示范区的选择,兼顾淮河流域及南水北调东线源头区,涉及10个镇。连片整治工程以农村生活污水处理和生活垃圾处置为重点,共建设63个工程项目,其中农村生活污水处理项目52个、农村生活垃圾转运系统建设项目11个。介绍了扬州市江都区农村环境连片整治项目实施过程中采用的技术和机制上的创新措施,成效显著。
Jiangdu District of Yangzhou City has been awarded as one of the comprehensive environmental remediation demonstration areas in rural areas of Jiangsu Province annually since 2010.The demonstration area includes both the Huaihe River Basin and the East Route of south to north water diversion area,involving 10 towns.The project focuses on rural domestic sewage and garbage disposal.The construction contains 63 projects,52 of which work on rural sewage treatment and 11 work on rural domestic garbage transport system construction.This article elaborates the innovative measures of the technology and mechanism on project for the comprehensive environmental remediation in rural areas in Jiangdu District of Yangzhou City.The innovative measures have generated a marked effect.
