摘要
微波烧结在材料领域中应用十分广泛,该方法具有整体快速加热、效率高、能量利用率高、无污染、降低了烧结温度等优点。综述了微波烧结的基本原理、技术特点、设备、工艺以及微波加速烧结进程的机理等。介绍了国内外微波烧结技术在材料领域的研究进展,展望了微波烧结技术在材料领域的应用前景。随着现代科学的发展,微波烧结技术在合成材料领域将发挥越来越重要的作用。
The application of microwave sintering in material field is very extensive.The method has the advantages of fast heating,high efficiency,high energy utilization rate,no pollution,lower sintering temperature.The basic principle,the technical characteristics,equipment and technology of microwave sintering,as well as the mechanism of microwave accelerating the sintering process were reviewed.The progress of microwave sintering technology in the field of materials has been introduced.In addition,the application perspective of microwave sintering technology applied in the field of materials was presented.With the development of modern technology,the microwave sintering technology plays a more and more important role in the field of synthetic materials.
