摘要
磷石膏是磷肥工业产生的固体废弃物,目前我国磷石膏的综合利用率仍较低,云南现有磷石膏渣场主要采用集中堆存处理,并采用黏土层防渗。因此了解渗滤液对黏土层防渗性能的影响,对渣场环境保护有着非常重要的作用。结果表明,磷石膏渗滤液与黏土层的相互作用是酸性水和氟、磷、硫及磷石膏中重金属元素流入环境的关键因素。渗滤液作用于黏土使其渗透性大大降低,同时渗出液酸性减弱,渗出液中的氟、磷和硫等元素含量减少,使得对环境的污染减弱。
Phosphogypsum is a solid waste produced by the phosphate fertilizer industry.At present,the comprehensive utilization ratio of phosphogypsum in China is still low.Now the phosphogypsum in Yunnan is mainly treated by centralized storage and is used as clay seepage control layer.Therefore,understanding the effect of leachate on seepage properties of clay has a very important role in environmental protection of residue field.The results show that phosphogypsum leachate interacts with clay layer is the key factor for making heavy metals in acidic water,sulfur and phosphorus and fluorine gypsum get into in the environment.Leachate on clay make its permeability be reduced greatly,exudate acidity decrease at the same time,the exudate fluoride and phosphorus and sulfur reduce,thus decreasing pollution to the environment.
