摘要
主要利用全生命周期评价工具对计算机液晶显示器原材料的生产过程进行评估,包括数据的收集处理、排放物分类、环境影响的评估。根据分析的需要对数据进行假设处理,通过分类、标准化和加权过程处理数据后得到四种不同环境影响潜值及其带来的环境影响负荷。结论显示了各种液晶电脑显示屏原材料在生产过程对环境的影响,其中玻璃的生产对环境影响最大,其影响主要来体现在酸化效应和对人体健康的危害。
The LCA is used to assess production process of raw materials used for desk computer screen in this paper,including data acquisition and processing,emissions classification and environmental impact assessment.These data are assumed and handled in this paper.Environmental impact potential and environmental burdens for production processes of steel,copper,aluminum,PS,PVC,PE and glass are obtained through the processes of classification,normalization and weighting.The results show the environmental impact of glasses is very notable,and the influence mainly gives expression to acidification and harm to human health.
