摘要
为科学评价L-谷氨酸清洁生产潜力水平建立一套模型,并将模型在实际生产中进行应用。基于国家标准,综合多种方法研究,最终通过层次分析法确定指标权重。运用模糊数学法确定清洁生产的水平等级归属,能够有效确定L-谷氨酸清洁生产潜力水平等级。运用层次分析法和模糊数学法可以解决L-谷氨酸清洁生产各个指标之间存在的关联性,单个指标评价很难客观反映企业清洁生产水平的难题。实践证明,定性与定量指标相结合的方法能够客观准确地反映谷氨酸企业清洁生产水平。
In order to scientifically evaluate cleaner production potential of L-glutamic acid level to establish a set of models to be used in practical production.Based on the national standard,a comprehensive study was done,eventually it was set up the index weights determined by AHP,the fuzzy mathematics method was used to determine the level of clean production level.By which the L-glutamic acid cleaner production potential levels could be determined effectively.Using analytic hierarchy process( AHP) and fuzzy mathematics method can solve the relations among the Lglutamic acid cleaner production various indicators.Practice has proved that the method of combining the qualitative and quantitative indexes can objectively and accurately reflect the glutamate enterprise cleaner production level.
