摘要
北京市在"数字北京"建设期间共建成1.8万个3G基站。随着"智慧北京"的提出,更多的基站将被建设起来,而基站产生的电磁辐射则引发了人们的担忧。对北京市4312个WCDMA基站的电磁辐射环境进行了监测,结果显示:监测电磁辐射强度的最大值为7.96μW/cm2,窗口或阳台监测最大值为6.92μW/cm2,室内监测最大值为3.16μW/cm2,均低于8.00μW/cm2的环境管理目标值,而有75.53%的基站监测值在1.00μW/cm2以下。总体上说,北京市WCDMA基站电磁辐射水平较低。最后就基站的电磁辐射防护以及基站的管理进行了探讨。
Over 18,000 3 G base stations have been built during the construction of'Digital Beijing',and many of them are WCDMA(wideband code division multiple access) base stations,which make people feel worried about the electromagnetic radiation from the stations.In order to protect the health of people and deepen their understanding of electromagnetic radiation,monitoring and analyzing the electromagnetic radiation are very important and meaningful.According to the monitoring results of WCDMA base station electromagnetic radiation environment in Beijing,the highest value is 7.96 μW/cm2,lower than the environmental management target value of 8.00 μW/cm2.The highest values of 75.53% stations are lower than 1 μW/cm2,and the highest value of the indoor environment is 3.16 μW/cm2 while the highest value near the window is 6.92 μW/cm2.Conclusion can be made that Beijing WCDMA mobile base station electromagnetic radiation is controlled in a low level.At last,the accounting and actual measuring results of safety protection are compared and some suggestions on base station electromagnetic radiation management have been made.
