摘要
针对东莞市新建的36座污水处理厂面临的污泥处理处置问题,运用模糊数学综合评判法对污泥处理的三个主要环节(即污泥脱水、污泥干化、污泥资源化)的处理处置技术进行评估筛选,最终筛选出3M技术,即隔膜高压板框压滤机深度脱水-生物干化-污泥固化综合利用工艺技术作为东莞市污泥处理工程的首选工艺方案,基本可以解决东莞市大量污泥的出路问题,实现污泥的资源化处置,可为我国其他地区污泥处置提供借鉴。
Thirty-six sewage treatment plants were built recently in Dongguan City.In order to find a relatively better way to solve the sludge disposal problem of these plants,fuzzy mathematical method is used to evaluate sludge treatment technology,whose main processes are sludge dewatering,sludge drying,sludge resource utilization.According to the evaluation,primary choice of solving the problem is 3M technology,which is mechanical-dewatering microbialdrying multi-utilization.This technology could solve the massive sludge problem,and transferring sludge into resource can be realized.Also it can set a model for the sludge treatment technology selection in other regions of China.
