摘要
分析船舶修造行业发展、污染物治理方面存在的问题,总结船舶行业环保整治工作经验和不足,提出舟山群岛新区环境下的船舶修造业环境技术及管理方法,完善对船舶修造企业的监管和服务,达到经济发展和环境保护双赢的目的。
The aim of this research is to analyze the problems existing in the development of shipbuilding industry and the management of pollutant disposal,and then to summarize the working experience and deficiency in the environmental remediation of the shipbuilding industries.Based on the analysis,the researcher will further put forward suitable environmental technologies and management methods which can be applied to the shipbuilding industry in Zhoushan Archipelago New Area.The ultimate purpose of the research is to improve the supervision and service to the shipbuilding enterprises so as to achieve a win- win situation of both economic development and environmental protection.
