摘要
通过建立文物自动清洗脱盐系统中大型清洗池等比例缩小的清洗池试验室模型,并利用三维软件及流场仿真软件建立清洗池内流场的仿真模型,两者对比,在验证仿真模型的流场与试验模型测量数据基本吻合的情况下,对仿真模型的各种工况进行分析与优化,得出缩短文物清洗脱盐周期的一些规律,节省清洗池的运行成本。
The cleaning tank scalingdown laboratory model of large cleaning tank in the automatic cleaning desalination system for cultural relics was established,and the same simulation model was set up by the 3 d software and the flow field simulation software.It's deduced that both data were consistent with each other by comparison of the two models.The analysis under various working conditions and the optimization of the simulation model were accomplished,and some rules were got,the cycle of cultural relics cleaning desalting was shortened and cleaning tank operation cost was saved.
