摘要
针对某产品电缆耐烧蚀防护套的研制需求,制备了隔热耐烧蚀硅橡胶材料及防护层,进行了防护层隔热及耐烧蚀性能试验,阐述了硅橡胶材料及防护层的隔热及耐烧蚀性能,结果表明:研制的新产品可耐高温3000K,200ms的烧蚀,满足使用要求。
Based on certain product cable's demands for ablation resistant protecting cover,an ablation resistant silicone rubber and protective coating were prepared.The teste of thermal insulation property and ablative performance of the silicone rubber were carried out.The results showed that the newly developed silicone rubber were ablation resistant with a temperature of 3000 K and ablation time of 200 ms,which could meet the requirements of actual use.
