摘要
铅作为一种重金属对自然生态环境和人体健康都有极大的威胁。以武汉银泰电池厂铅酸电池废水和模拟含铅废水为研究对象,研究了这2种废水在化学沉淀法中的最佳pH,并考察了温度对铅去除效果的影响,在pH=7.5~11.5时实际废水在化学沉淀法中达到最佳工况,而模拟废水达到最佳工况时的pH为10.0~11.5。表明在实际废水中除OH-与Pb2+结合形成Pb(OH)2沉淀外,其他铅的难溶盐的生成、絮凝剂的形成、固体悬浮物的吸附作用以及共沉淀作用都可能使废液中的铅去除更快更完全。同时发现温度升高虽不利于Pb(OH)2沉淀的生成,但有利于实际废水中铅的去除。
Lead is one of heavy metal,having caused great threat to the natural ecological environment and human health.This paper studied optimum condition of the wastewater which came from Wuhan Tintai lead-acid battery factories and the simulated wastewater in the chemical precipitation,and investigated the influence on the temperature on the removal of lead ions. The experimental result show that when the pH = 7. 5 ~ 11. 5,actual wastewater can reach the best working condition,while the simulated wastewater make it when the pH = 10. 0 ~ 11. 5. In addition to the formation of Pb( OH)2,the formation of sparingly solube lead salt,the formation of flocculants,the adsorption of suspended solids,and the coprecipitation also has the potential to improve the removal rate of lead,and to accelerate the reaction rate of accelerate the reaction rate of ions. It was also found that the temperature is not conducive to the formation of Pb( OH)2,but is conductive to the removal of lead in actual wastewater.
