摘要
利用铁粉、碳源以及去氮微生物联合作用,通过分组实验得出联合脱氮最佳的试剂组合。结果表明,当铁粉、液体碳源、微生物联合作用时,硝氮和总氮的去除率最好,在反应72 h去除率分别为98.40%和84.36%。联合脱氮体系加入0.64 g/L铁粉时去除率最高,硝氮和总氮的去除率在96 h最终达到98.60%和92.84%,并未产生亚硝氮和氨氮的积累。液体碳源会避免固体碳源引起的氨氮大量积累,效果优于单一脱氮法。通过反应动力试验,结果表明,联合脱氮主要发生在53 h之前,并在24~48 h反应最快。研究铁粉、液体碳源、微生物联合脱氮作用的反应动力学曲线,也为硝酸盐污染的地下水原位修复提供依据和方法。
This article demonstrates the best combination of iron,carbon sources and denitrification microorganism. The results show that the best removal effect is at when iron powder,liquid carbon source and microorganism are together,which are 98. 40% and 84. 36% respectively at 72 h. Removal rate is the highest when adding iron at the level of 0. 64 g / L,removal rate of nitrate and total nitrogen is 98. 60% and 92. 84% respectively,without accumulation of nitrate nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen. Using liquid carbon source can stop producing ammonia nitrogen accumulation while solid carbon source can not.The effect is better than single denitrification method. According to the reaction dynamic test,combined denitrification mainly occurs in 53 hours,and the fastest reaction rate is at 24 ~ 48 h. Study of reaction kinetics curve of combined denitrification also provide the basis and method for in-situ groundwater remediation of nitrate pollution.
