摘要
研究消解管法测定环氧氯丙烷皂化废水COD,讨论重铬酸钾加入量、废水稀释倍数、消解时间、氯化钙浓度、硫酸汞加入量等因素对测试结果影响,并进行L9(34)正交试验分析。有机物与氯化钙浓度及比值均对测试偏差有较大影响。正交试验结果表明,废水稀释倍数影响极其显著,氯化钙添加浓度、硫酸汞用量与消解时间影响不显著。
Using sealed-digestion-tube method,the COD measurement of epichlorohydrin wastewater was studied. The major factors,i. e. the addition of K2Cr2O7,the dilution ratio of waste water,digestion time,the concentration of CaCl2 and the addition of HgSO4 were investigated,and the orthogonal experiment L9( 34) was designed to analyze their effects. Both the concentrations and ratio of organics and CaCl2 had enormous influence on test value. The dilution ratio of waste water showed significant impact on its COD measurement. The digestion time,the concentration of CaCl2 and the addition of HgSO4 showed no significant impact.
