蒙砂玻璃氟废水处理工程实例

THE PROJECT CASE OF FLUORINE WASTEWATER TREWATMENT IN FROSTING GLASSF PRODUTION

摘要 氟是生命中一种必不可少的元素,但过量的氟会对人体造成极大的伤害和生命安全;稳定的、廉价的化学蚀刻蒙砂玻璃生产工艺排放废水含氟量较高。采用特殊的混凝沉淀浮选+复合生化法+纤维球回用污水处理工艺,处理后的水全部生产回用,达到氟化物零排放。 Fluorine is an essential element in life,but too much fluoride can cause great harm to human body and life safety.A large numerbe of wastewater was production in the frosting glass production. Fluoride content in waste water is higher. By use of special coagulation precipitate flotation + composite biochemical + fiber ball reuse sewage treatment process,all production water is recycled after processing. Zero emissions of fluoride is achieved.
