摘要
通过正交试验考察了填料投配比、填料投配方式、SRT对复合式氧化沟脱氮兼顾除磷效果的影响,并对NH+4-N、TN、TP的去除率进行了极差和方差分析。结果表明填料投配方式和投配比是系统NH+4-N去除的显著性影响因素,而填料投配比和SRT是系统TN、TP去除的显著性影响因素。系统最优运行工况为氧化沟厌氧区和缺氧区投加30%的填料,SRT为20 d。最优工况下平均出水水质为:ρ(NH+4-N)=1.83 mg/L,ρ(TN)=10.72 mg/L,ρ(TP)=1.47 mg/L。
This paper study the effect of different filling rates,filling ways and SRT to the denitrification and dephosphorization in hybrid oxidation ditch by orthogonal experiment. The removal rates of NH+4-N,TN and TP were analyzed by range analysis and variance analysis methods. The results showed that filling way and filling rate were significant factors on NH+4-N removal rate,filling rate and SRT were significant factors of TN and TP removal rate. The optimal running condition of this system was30% of filler in the anaerobic zone and anoxic zone,and 20 days of SRT. As the optimal running condition,the average effluent quality was: NH+4-N = 1. 83 mg / L,TN = 10. 72 mg / L,TP = 1. 47 mg / L.
