摘要
采用相转化法制备了PVC/PPSU共混膜,研究PVC/PPSU共混体系的相容性,共混比和聚合物含量对共混膜性能的影响,最佳共混膜与PVC膜及PPSU膜的水通量、抗拉强度的比较。研究结果表明:共混体系为部分相容体系,共混膜较PVC膜及PPSU膜在水通量、抗拉强度及污水过滤性能方面有较大程度提高,在共混比为5/5及聚合物含量为16%~22%时共混膜的综合性能较好。
In this paper,Polyphenylsulfone( PPSU) was blended with polyvinyl chloride( PVC) using phase inversion method. The compatibility of PVC / PPSU blend membranes,blending ratios and polymer concentration' s impact on blend membrane performance,the comparison among the optimal condition of PVC / PPSU blend membrane,PVC membrane and PPSU membrane about the pure water flux,tensile strength were studied. The results showed that blending system was part of the compatible system,and the pure water flux,tensile strength and waste water filtration of PVC / PPSU blend membrane had a greater degree of improvement compared with PVC membrane and PPSU membrane,when PVC / PPSU blend ratio was 5 /5 and polymer concentration was 16% ~ 22%,the comprehensive performance of blend membrane was better.
