摘要
刚玉微孔曝气器作为一种优良的高效充氧装置在我国污水处理厂应用越来越广泛,福永污水处理厂生物池使用球形刚玉曝气器三年后,阻力增大影响到充氧效率,为降低阻力采用盐酸进行了清洗。因刚玉曝气器是由刚玉砂烧制而成,用盐酸清洗刚玉曝气器可以不损坏曝气器结构并能使充氧效果基本恢复。福永污水厂的刚玉曝气器经过酸洗后收到良好效果,降低了空气阻力,延长了曝气器的使用寿命。
Corundum microporous aerator as an excellent efficient oxygen filling device in sewage treatment plant applied wider in our country. Fuyong sewage treatment plant aeration tank used spherical corundum aerator for three years,the resistance increasing affected the oxygen transfer efficiency,the hydrochloric acid were used for cleaning to reduce the resistance.Because of the corundum aerator was fired by the corundum sand,hydrochloric acid won' t damage aerator structure and can make oxygen filling effect basic recovery. Corundum aerator of fuyong sewage plant after pickling received good results,reducing the air resistance,extending the service life of the aerator.
