摘要
以往计算回转窑内物料停留时间的经验公式不适用于水平布置的回转窑。在试验和数学模型两方面,对于水平布置、带内筒的煅烧污泥用回转窑内物料停留时间进行研究。引入时间系数0.85来表征内筒对物料行进的影响。筒内布置两排15°抄板时,物料停留时间计算结果为12.8 min,试验测量值为12 min;筒体内布置32°大倾角抄板4排,5°小倾角抄板3排时,计算结果为24 min,试验测量值为21 min。该计算模型中物料运动规律清晰、物理意义明确,引入时间系数后,物料在窑内停留时间的计算结果与试验数据较为吻合。
Past empirical formula for the residence time of material in rotary kiln did not apply to the horizontal rotary kiln. By both experiment and mathematical model,the residence time of material in horizontal rotary kiln with inner cylinder was studied. The time factor was introduced to characterize the effect of inner cylinder for material marching. With 2 rows of lifting flights by 15 degrees,the calculation results and the test results were 12. 8 minutes and 12 minutes. With 4 rows of lifting flights by 32 degrees and 3 rows of lifting flights by 5 degrees,the calculation results and the test results were 24 minutes and21 minutes. In this mathematical model,motion law of the material was clear and physical meaning was definite. After introducing the time factor,calculation results of the residence time of material and the test results were in good agreement.
