摘要
选取典型的煤气化生化污泥,利用多种分析手段对其性质和组成进行全面研究。结果表明,该污泥有机质含量高,颗粒细,密度小,呈胶体结构,属有机污泥,易输送,难脱水,干污泥热值较高;且污泥中含有多种污染物,超过排放标准,属危险废弃物,必须进行无害化处理;污泥中的无机盐主要为铝、硅、钙等元素的氧化物和碳酸盐。
The properties and composition of biochemical sludge from wastewater treatment of the coal to substitute natural gas process( SNG) were analyzed and studied by multiple methods. The results show that the sludge is characterized by high content of organic matter,fine-grained particle,low density. The sludge shows a colloidal structure,which is easy to transport and difficult to dehydrate. Dry sludge has a high heat value. The sludge is a kind of hazardous waste for containing multiple contaminants of which contents exceed prescribed discharge standards. The inorganic salts in sludge mainly include oxides and carbonates of aluminum,silicon,and calcium.
