摘要
应用紫外分光光度法、快速乳化法和四氯化碳萃取法对工业中羊毛脂废水进行了比较研究。结果表明:快速乳化法准确度、灵敏度高,可实现无毒、低能耗、快速操作。紫外分光光度法测定低浓度的羊毛脂废水,仍能保持较高的准确度,但操作过程复杂,有机溶剂毒性较大。四氯化碳萃取法适合较高浓度的羊毛脂废水测定,且操作过程简单,但能耗高,耗时长,有机溶剂对人体有刺激性。
The lanolin wastewater in industry was comparative studied by the methods of ultraviolet spectrophotometry,rapid emulsification and carbon tetrachloride extraction. The results showed that the rapid emulsification method had highly accuracy, sensitivity and applicability, non-toxic, low energy consumption and quick operation. The ultraviolet spectrophotometry was widely used to determine the wastewater of low concentration and still kept high accuracy,but the process was complex and the organic solvents were poisonous. Carbon tetrachloride extraction method was suitable for wastewater containing high levels of lanolin and it could keep high accuracy. However,this method had high energy consumption and time consuming,the organic solvent was stimulating to the human body.
