基于Fluent数值模拟的液氨储罐泄漏扩散危险性研究 被引量:6

STUDY ON DIFFUSION RISK OF LIQUID AMMONIA TANK LEAK BASED ON FLUENT NUMERICAL SIMULATION

摘要 以中铝洛阳铜业有限公司内的液氨储罐为研究对象,对液氨储罐泄漏后的扩散危险性进行Fluent数值模拟研究,对比分析不同条件下液氨储罐泄漏后的扩散情况、浓度随时间的变化关系及对周围居民区的危害,得出相关模拟及研究结果为企业制定科学合理的应急预案和制定重大危险源安全管理制度提供可靠数据基础。 Take the liquid ammonia tank of Chinalco Luoyang Copper Co Ltd as the research object,the existing risk during the production process is researched,and the diffusion risk of liquid ammonia tank leakage by Fluent numerical simulation is analyzed. Diffusion conditions,relationship curve between the density of NH3 in air and time,and the harm of nearby residential area is studied after the liquid ammonia tank leakage,that the relevant simulation and the results of the study is to make a scientific and rational emergency plan and the safety management system of the major hazard installation to provide a reliable guarantee.
