开阳磷矿事故统计分析及调查体系

摘要 对开阳磷矿自建矿以来所有记录在案的安全事故,按受伤严重程度、事故类型及原因、受伤部位、受伤时年龄、工龄、受伤月份等进行分项统计,找出了各分项事故的发生规律,为矿山安全管理工作提供有用信息。然而,完整的事故统计分析需要有详细的事故原始记录,这就要求事故调查过程中不仅要有对上述各分项的记录,而且还应包括事故发生时间及经过、事故地点、文化程度、工种、培训记录、经济损失等方面的记录,于是,构建完善的事故调查体系是为矿山安全管理提供全面信息的保障,以此来有针对性的制定对员工安全教育、培训等安全管理方面的规划。 Based on the date of safety accidents since the year the Kaiyang phosphorite was established,a statistical analysis which include injury grade of different accidents,the types of accidents,the cause of accident,the distribution of injury on the human body,the relation between safety accident and worker's age,the monthly of accidents,were completed so as to find out the characteristics of typical safety accidents in mining operation,and provide reference and guidance for the management of mines. However,an elaborate accident statistical analysis depends on the original information gained from accident investigation which not only covering the records above but also including occurring time,occurring stage,occurring location,educational lever,types of positions,training record,economic losses,etc.,and then such elaborate investigation system can provide comprehensive information for mine management. Besides,human unsafe factor was the key causes of accidents,it is bound to score the employee's 'safety state',which can be used to constitute the pertinent safety education and training.
