浅谈敞开式办公大厅室内噪声治理——以西安市二手房市场交易大厅为例

THE INTERIOR NOISE CONTROL OF THE OPEN OFFICE LOBBY——TAKING XI'AN SECOND-HAND HOUSING MARKET TRADING HALL FOR EXAMPLE

目前,很多单位打破传统办公室的禁锢,实行敞开式办公。随着这样一个没有封闭的隔墙、人员密度很高的大空间办公形式的出现,在享有大量便利的同时,建筑声环境出现若干问题也是不可避免的。以西安市二手房市场交易大厅室内噪声问题治理为例,指出敞开式办公大厅存在的一些噪声问题,并在此基础上提出了相应的室内噪声治理措施。

In order to serve the development and the people' s livelihood better,improve work efficiency,at present,many units began to break the traditional office detention,and to implement open office. With the appearance of such a no closed walls,high density staff in the form of office space,in the enjoyment of a lot of convenience,there were still some problems in building acoustic environment becoming inevitable. In this paper,Taking Xi'an Second-Hand Housing Market Trading Hall for example,some noise issues of open office lobby were pointed out,and on this basis,a corresponding control measures and schemes were proposed.
