全液压船用水下钻孔机的研制

摘要 船用水下钻孔机在海洋救捞作业领域有着广泛应用,但受制于国外公司的技术垄断,国内此类产品严重缺乏,且技术含量不高。全液压船用水下钻孔机是为了解决人机作业模式下存在的弊端和不足,实现水下钻孔无人操作研制的一种新型钻孔设备。该设备配置有全液压动力系统和完善的电气控制系统,能够实现水下无人作业状态下的安全操控和监测。 Marine underwater drilling machine is widely used in the field of marine salvage operations,but most of the technologies involved above is monopolized by foreign companies. The domestic products is not excellent in performance and also in lack of competitiveness. The research of full hydraulic marine underwater drilling machine can overcome the disadvantages of traditional manual operating drilling machine,and make an unmanned operation reality. Full hydraulic marine underwater drilling machine equipped with a hydraulic power system,a complete electrical control system,using advanced technologies,can realize completely safe control and monitoring underwater under unmanned operation condition.
