摘要
通乡公路基础设施建设对农村的经济发展影响较大,施工过程的质量监控对其又起着至关重要的作用。用传统的质量控制图来对其进行质量监控存在许多不便和弊端,因此,本文应用主成分分析法对传统的质量控制图进行了改进整合,得到综合控制图,进而用所得改进的综合控制图对通乡公路的工程质量进行监控。其结果表明改进的综合控制图不仅结合了传统控制图的优点,而且避免了应用多张传统控制图进行监控的不便,同时提升了警报的准确率,进而降低了因虚假警报所带来的损失。
Rural highway infrastructure plays a crucial role for rural economic development,and monitoring the quality of the construction process of its quality control also plays a vital role. However,the traditional quality control charts to monitor the quality has many inconveniences and disadvantages. Therefore,this paper used principal component analysis to improve the traditional quality control charts,then got a comprehensive control charts,and monitored rural highway through the resulting improvements overall project quality control charts. The results showed that the improved integrated control chart not only combined the advantages of traditional control charts,but also avoided the inconvenience by application of some traditional control charts. The study could enhance the accuracy of alerts and reduce false alarms.
