大容量浮动油囊材料分析与结构设计 被引量:2

THE MATERIAL ANALYSIS AND STRUCTURE DESIGN OF LARGE CAPACITY FLOATING OIL BLADDER

摘要 为解决作业船只溢油储存容量的限制,及避免作业船只往复溢油驳运,缩短溢油应急时间,本文开发了一种可折叠的大容量浮动油囊,阐述了油囊的工作原理,试验研究了油囊囊体和骨架的组成材料,分析了油囊结构设计和加工工艺。结果显示,大容量浮动油囊具有容量大、强度高及存储体积小等特点。 The paper developed a flexible and large capacity floating oil bladder to solve the limitation of the sludge tank capacity,avoid the roundtrip transportation of the vessel,and cut the oil spill response time. The operational principle of the oil bladder was described. The material composition of the bladder body and framework was experimental studied. Structure design and processing technology of the oil bladder was analyzed. The results showed that the oil bladder had the advantages of large capacity,high strength and small storage volume etc.
