摘要
采用改进的Bowman-Cole分级提取法对玉渊潭人工湿地表层沉积物中有机磷的形态进行研究,分析了Po各组分的含量以及与沉积物其他组分的关系。结果表明:玉渊潭人工湿地沉积物中各形态磷在空间分布上存在较大差异。湿地水体均出现不同程度的富营养化。沉积物中总磷(TP)的含量为653.33~1 005.16 mg/kg;有机磷(Po)的含量为81.23~325.57 mg/kg,占总磷的9.92%~39.68%;有机质(OM)含量为2.93%~7.89%。沉积物有机磷主要以活性Po和中活性Po为主。有机质与稳定性有机磷和高稳定性有机磷显著相关,但与无机磷的相关性较差,说明人工湿地与天然湖泊沉积物中磷的生物有效性还是存在差异,其具体原因有待进一步研究。
By the method of Bowman-Cole sequential extraction,the characteristics of organic phophorus fraction in surface sediments of the artificial wetland of Yuyuanntan were analyzed. Organic phosphorus( Po) species content and the relationship between Poand other components in sediments were studied. It was found that there was obvious variance in contents in the spatial distribution of phosphorus species. The waterbody showed different degrees of eutrophication. The contents of TP was653. 33 ~ 1 005. 16 mg / kg; that of Powas 81. 23 ~ 325. 57 mg / kg,accounted for 9. 92% ~ 39. 68% of the total phosphorus;Organic matter( OM) content was 2. 93% ~ 7. 89%. The moderately labile Poand nonlabile Powere the main fraction of Poin all sampling sites. OM was significantly related to stability Poand high stability Po,but was of poor correlation with Pi. There was notable difference in phosphorus bioavailablity between Yuyuantan artifical wetland and the natural lakes,but the reasons need further study.
