摘要
孤岛油田大量含聚采油污水富余,为实现采出水资源化利用,在该区开展了采出污水的深度处理技术及配聚试验研究,将生化、超滤、反渗透等多项处理工艺技术综合配套及优化,处理后的产水达到了配聚要求。试验结果表明,综合处理产水配制聚合物母液黏度较自来水配制母液黏度高出10%左右。
To realize resource utilization of excessive polymer-contained wastewater in Gudao Oil Field,experimental study on further treatment on wastewater to prepare polymer was done. Biochemical treating technology,ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis were used synthetically and optimized comprehensively. After treatment,the water met the standard of preparing polymer. The result showed that the viscosity of polymer solution prepared with treated waste water was 10% higher than that of the fresh water.
