摘要
为确定国内某电厂1 000 MW燃煤机组超低排放的改造方案,对脱硝、脱硫及除尘系统传统改造技术路线进行研究。结合烟气脱硫、除尘一体化技术(SPC-3D)原理,给出该机组改造方案。研究结果表明:脱硝系统采用备用层增加催化剂,脱硫、除尘系统采用SPC-3D改造方案可达到超低排放的目标;与传统脱硫、除尘改造方案相比,SPC-3D技术具有改造工期短、投资及运行费用低等特点。
This paper principally studies the ultra-low emission reform scheme of 1 000 MW coal fired unit. The classical technical routes of denitrification,desulfurization and dust removal system are discussed. The reform plan is presented based on the theory of SPC-3D. To achieve the goal of ultra-low emission,the result shows that denitrification system increases the catalyst in the backup layer,the desulphurization and dust removal system adopt SPC-3D plan. Compared with the classical reform routes,SPC-3D plan has the advantages on short transformation period,low investment and operating cost.
