深水钻孔抽油一体化装备电控系统研究

STUDY ON ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM OF DEEPWATER INTEGRATION EQUIPMENT FOR DRILLING AND PUMPING

摘要 介绍了深水钻孔抽油一体化装备的组成及工作原理,针对该装备锚固、钻孔、抽油功能的控制需求以及数据采集、处理、显示等功能需求进行了深水钻孔抽油一体化装备的电控系统研究设计,应用该电控系统的深水钻孔抽油一体化装备能够实现深水钻孔抽油无人化作业,大大提高了深水沉船存油回收的技术水平。 The system composition and operational principle of the integration equipment for drilling and pumping was introduced. The electronic control system of deepwater integration equipment for drilling and pumping was studied and designed in view of the control requirements of anchoring,drilling,pumping function and the requirements of data acquisition,processing,and display. Integration equipment for drilling and pumping with the electronic control system could realize underwater unmanned operation,greatly improve the technology of recovering the storage oil in the deepwater sunken ship.
