好氧发酵市政污泥对4种绿化植物生长及其体内重金属含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 城市污水厂剩余污泥含有大量的有机质,经过好氧发酵后具有较高的肥用价值。选择了2种花卉植物孔雀草和凤仙花以及2种绿地植物高羊茅和黑麦草,考察了不同污泥施加比例对植物生长和植物体内重金属含量的影响。结果表明,所有植物在5%~10%污泥含量时生长最佳。当发酵污泥的施用量低于20%时,4种植物地上部分重金属含量均无变化,而地下部分受施肥量影响部分重金属含量小幅升高。Zn元素出现在所有上升的重金属种类中,表明植物根系对Zn的活化能力较强。今后需控制污水厂服务区内含Zn的污水排放。 Excess sludge from wastewater treatment plant has plenty of organic content,which has a potential value after composting. Using two flower plants( Tagetes patula L. and Impatiens balsamina L.) and two grass( Festuca Arundinacea and Lolium perenne L.),the effect of fermented sludge content on plant growth and heavy metal contents in plants was investigated.All plants has the highest biomass when sludge content was 5% ~ 10%. When the sludge content was less than 20%,the contents of heavy metals in plant overground was not changed compared to the control. However,the content of heavy metal in plant underground increased. Zn was included in the'list of increased metals'of all plants,indicating that the plants can active Zn in rhizosphere. The discharge of Zn in the serving area of this wastewater plant should be restricted in the future.
